Policy

•All first-time customers are required to complete a Client Record Form.

•A Credit / Debit Card is required to book an appointment.

•Please call me directly if you like me to travel to you! Yes, I make house calls!

•Please remove makeup before arrival.

•A new set is required after 21 days without a fill.

•I understand things happen and can be beyond our control but please understand it's inconvenient for everyone to be late.

•I am very efficient If you are later than 15 mins your appointment will be automatically canceled and charged the remaining balance of your appointment.

•Appointments can be rescheduled one time before 24 hours of your appointment.

If you reschedule more than once your appointment will be canceled and forfeit your deposit.

•All No Call No Show Appointments will be charged 100% of the service.

•Deposits can be made Through ZELLE - Sherriskinlashes@gmail.com . or the link on the "Services" page.

•Deposits are non-refundable.

•The remaining balance must be in Cash Only.
